Charles “Chuck” J. Hampton joined Hoffman & Associates in October 2022 as our newest Of Counsel focusing on Estate Planning and Probate.

Chuck received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Lock Haven University (PA) in 1974, his Juris Doctor Degree from Ohio Northern University (OH) in 1977, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Emory University School of Law (GA) in 1982. Chuck is a member of the American, Ohio, and Georgia Bar Associations, and the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. Chuck has been practicing law for forty-four years in the areas of taxation, estate planning, retirement benefit planning, probate, and corporate law.

Chuck has been married to his wife Christine for 44 years and has two daughters. He enjoys traveling and working in his yard.
