Kim joined the firm in 2011, and specializes in the areas of wills, trusts, estate administration and probate, charitable giving and representation of closely held businesses.  Kim enjoys assisting young families with their estate plans, whether simple or complex.  Kim also has extensive experience in planning for and administering taxable estates.

Kim graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law and also has a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.  While in law school, Kim was a Notes Editor and an Editorial Board Member for theGeorgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law.  She also participated in UGA’s Law Study Abroad program and spent a summer in Brussels, Belgium earning a Certificate in the Law of the European Union.

She is a member of the American and Georgia Bar Associations.  Kim lives in Atlanta with her family and is active in both her neighborhood community and church community.
