ASSOCIATE

Cassandra joined Hoffman & Associates in 2015 and specializes in the areas of wills, trusts, estate administration and probate, and guardianship/ conservatorship of incapacitated adults. Cassandra’s past experience in family and domestic  law enables her to assist blended families in navigating their estate plan.

Cassandra graduated cum laude, and with pro bono distinction, from Georgia State University College of Law.  While in law school, Cassandra was a fellow and student attorney in the Phillip C. Cook Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and earned the Paul D. Coverdell Award for her service in the clinic.  She also earned the C.A.L.I. Award in her Wills, Trusts & Estates and Constitutional Law II courses.  Cassandra participated in GSUCOL’s Summer Academy in Linz, Austria earning a Certificate in International and Comparative Law.  She has an undergraduate business degree, cum laude, from Kennesaw State University.

Cassandra is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Estate Planning & Probate and Family Law Sections and Georgia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, Family Law Section and William Daniel Mock Trial Section.  Cassandra lives in Marietta with her husband and two toddlers.
